At Salt Hive Silver, I take pride in using only the highest quality materials sourced directly from my studio. To ensure that every piece meets my standards of craftsmanship, durability, and design, I work exclusively with the materials I provide. Here's what you need to know before we start discussing your custom project:
No Outside Jewelry: I do not work with jewelry that has been purchased or brought from outside sources. All custom pieces are created from scratch using the premium materials available in my studio.
Studio-Sourced Materials Only: While you don’t need to bring your own stones or silver, I offer a wide selection of high-quality sterling silver and handpicked stones to choose from. This ensures that each piece maintains my high standards of quality and longevity.
No Family Heirlooms: I do not work with or modify existing jewelry, including family heirlooms. My focus is on creating new, one-of-a-kind designs tailored to your vision, using the best materials available in my studio.
Initial Consultation: We’ll discuss your vision, style preferences, and any specific ideas you have for your custom piece.
Non-Refundable Deposit: Once we agree on the design and materials, a non-refundable deposit is required to secure the start of the project. For any custom pieces that include names, initials, or personal inscriptions, full payment is required upfront, as these items are highly personalized and cannot be resold or reused.
Design Phase: I’ll create a design that reflects both your input and my signature style, ensuring it’s timeless, durable, and built for everyday wear.
Crafting Your Piece: Using premium sterling silver and the finest materials, I’ll handcraft your jewelry with the care and attention to detail it deserves.
Final Approval and Delivery: Once your piece is complete, I’ll ensure it meets your expectations before it’s ready to be worn and loved for years to come.
